We believe in our products so much that we offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects for all NAECO products. This does not cover ordinary wear, including dents, scrapes, paint chips, etc., but it does cover manufacturing defects if the product was purchased from us directly or from an authorized NAECO dealer.

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.  As part of our commitment to avoid excess packaging, we don't include return labels, and we encourage you to re-use any packaging for a return.  

Within the return window, if conditions below are met, you can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method:

• Returned items must have original packaging
• Returned items must not have been used (used bottles cannot be exchanged, unless there is a product defect)

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Login to our store using your email address and order ID, or email us at customer@getnaeco.com with the item # you wish to return and reason for the return.
2. If for a defect, include a photo and explanation.  Upon reply, plan to send all items back to NAECO.
